Mr. Gardner graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree from Brigham Young University in 1976. He graduated from the University of Tulsa College of Law in 1982 where he earned a juris doctor degree. Kim has practiced law since 1982.
Mr. Gardner is a member of the Colorado Bar Association, El Paso County Bar Association and the Colorado Trial Lawyers Association. He is licensed to practice law in all Colorado state courts and the Colorado federal court system. He can also practice in all 50 states by association with local counsel.
Kim was born and raised in Colorado Springs. He has been married to his wife Cindy for 33 years. They have four children and three grandchildren. Kim is very active in his church and also enjoys bicycle riding, backpacking, hiking, kayaking and traveling in addition to family activities. He has been active with numerous charitable organizations and served in numerous volunteer positions in Colorado Springs.
Mr. Gardner specializes in medical-legal litigation involving all personal injuries, wrongful death, product liability, insurance company liability, workers compensation and social security disability. Kim also represents clients charged with criminal conduct, including felonies and misdemeanors, DUI’s and serious traffic cases and he has done so for over 25 years!
Kim has successfully handled many workers compensation appeal cases before the Colorado
Court of Appeals and the Industrial Claims Appeals Panel and also handled published cases before the Colorado Supreme Court. He has also helped numerous clients with complex litigation and devastating injury cases and successfully represented families who have suffered the loss of a loved one.
